As the Business Development Manager –Asia you will be managing regional partners and working with end users to ensure overall account satisfaction and growth over time. You would be responsible for customer satisfaction levels, striving to exceed expectations and nurture long-term relationships with South Asia region customers for Sepura.
You will be also assisting Business Development Manager (Asia) for developing new markets and verticals and ensuring existing market verticals are expanded to new users.

Role:
As a proven Business Development Manager, you will be managing the accounts of Sepura in Southeast Asia critical communications Industry. You will be responsible for working with the existing Sepura partners in territories we are already successful in, and working new opportunities in countries and markets that are new to Sepura. You will be using your experience gained either in the Telecommunications or IT Industry and using your network of contacts expand the addressable customer base for Sepura Products.
With a background in sales with Government Customers, large regional Systems Integrators and Oil and Gas markets you will be driving and managing sales through existing or new partners. You require skills in project management, strategic planning, and the ability to analyse and identify trends within the account.
You would need good selling skills as well to be able to convert opportunities you uncover into ongoing revenue. You will be a critical thinker looking at how to position Sepura’s products into different verticals.
You will speak Bahasa Malaysia/ Indonesia whilst also being fluent in English. Able to speak in Thai/ Vietnam and/or Chinese will be an advantage.
Working closely with the existing Business Development Manager and Sales Engineers you will develop a strategy to address key clients across the assigned territory.
