We are seeking a reliable and skilled handyperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks and will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality of service. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and general repairs (e.g., painting, minor plumbing and repair work)
• Inspect buildings and equipment to identify problems or needed repairs
• Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Coordinate with Facilities Team to prioritise tasks

• Proven experience as a handyperson or in a similar role
• Basic knowledge across multiple trades
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team

• Maintenance qualifications, trade experience
• Experience with power tools and building systems
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
