We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join our expanding team.
As the Business Development Manager – Southeast Asia, you'll be managing regional partners and working with end users to ensure overall account satisfaction and growth over time. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction levels, striving to exceed expectations and nurture long-term relationships with South Asia region customers for Sepura.
You will be also assisting Business Development Manager – Asia for developing new markets and verticals and ensuring existing market verticals are expanded to new users.

Your Role:
You'll be be managing the day to day activities of Sepura in Southeast Asia. Responsible for working with the existing Sepura partners in territories we are already successful in, and working new opportunities with new partners in countries and markets that are new to Sepura. You will use your experience gained either in the Telecommunications or IT Industry and your network of contacts expand the addressable customer base for Sepura Products.
With a background in sales with Government Customers, large regional Systems Integrators and Oil and Gas markets, you'll drive and manage sales through existing or new partners. You require skills in project management, strategic planning, and the ability to analyse and identify trends within the account. You will need good selling skills as well the ability to convert opportunities you uncover into ongoing revenue. You will be a critical thinker looking at how to position Sepura’s products into different verticals. You'll speak Bahasa Malaysia/ Indonesia whilst also being fluent in English. Able to speak in Thai and/or Chinese will be an advantage. Working closely with the existing Business Development Manager and Sales Engineers you will develop a strategy to address key clients across the assigned territory.

Our customer base includes many different industries and markets around the world. Our complete TETRA and LTE solutions have been developed specifically for users in multiple sectors to face their critical communications challenges.
There is no such thing as a typical day here at Sepura. You will be supported by your manager and team, as well as collaborating with other departments across the business.
