Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in South West London, are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Law Operations.

Position: Commercial Property Lawyer
Rate: Negotiable based on Experience 
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for providing innovative solutions to deal with complex issues arising in connection with the work within the team and the legal issues presented by clients.
• To manage a large caseload of wide-ranging work within two of the above specialisms
• To prepare and process all matters relevant to any proceedings before a court, arbitration, mediation or public inquiry and to attend such as the client’s advocate or, if appropriate, select and instruct appropriate external legal representation.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
• Experience working in a Commercial Property Lawyer or similar role
• Qualified solicitor or barrister or chartered legal executive (Fellow of Cilex) with Civil L8itigation and Advocacy Practice Rights
