Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a local authority in North West London, are looking for an experienced Data & Processes Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their finacial operations.  

Position: Data & Processes Manager
Location: North West London
Rate: £32.28 p/h (Umbrella)
Contract: 6 months (Possible Extension)

Duties:

• Maintenance and devlopment of information systems of the organsation's proprty terrier.
• Provision of accurate plans and other information for property transactions other purposes.
• Maintenance of property records, leading in the development of concept business cases.
• Responsible of key service data infrastructure profects, database selection and management and system development.
  
• Policy and process development, payments and invoicing for rents and service charges.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working with a local government environment or a similar organsation.
• Knowledge of land and terrier and other database management.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant computer systems including GIS and Terrier.
• Experience of producing management information and reports.
