Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in Hull, are looking for an experienced Customer Care Agent to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing and Landlord Services. 

Position: Customer Care Agent
Rate: £15.25 per hour (PAYE) 
Contract Duration: Temp (3 Months) Possible Extension  

Job Responsibility: 

• Provide exceptional customer service by handling high volumes of inbound phone calls and emails. 
• Be the first point of contact for property related issues. 
• Raise repairs and emergency jobs with the relevant department. 

Job Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience or contact centre experience. 
• Confident using computer systems and track record of meeting KPI's. 
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
