Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Law Firm in Essex, are looking for an experienced Experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Law Operation 

Position: Experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer
Rate: Negotiable
Contract Duration: Permanent
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Job Duties: 

• Supporting compliance with regulatory requirements, including SRA and CQS standards.
• Maintaining high professional standards in all legal reporting and documentation.
• Assisting with internal audits and upholding best practices within the team.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Excellent knowledge and recent experience of providing legal advice in complex cases, relevant to the role.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
