Tempting Recruitment are currently looking for a Senior Social Worker to join an Integrated Front Door Team on an interim basis.

Position: Senior Social Worker – Integrated Front Door
Sector: Children's Social Care
Location: Yorkshire
Rate: £35 per hour
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Purpose of the role: 

The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join an Integrated Front Door service, supporting work at the point of referral and helping ensure children and families receive the appropriate response and support.

The successful candidate will bring strong children's social work experience, sound professional judgement and the ability to work effectively within a busy frontline service.

Job Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
• Previous experience within Children's Social Care.
• Experience working within a MASH, Front Door or referral and assessment service would be beneficial.
• Strong assessment, safeguarding and decision-making skills.
• Confident communicating with children, families and multi-agency professionals.
• Able to manage competing demands within a busy service.
