Residential Conveyancer
JOB DESCRIPTION The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
Sales and purchases
New builds
Re-mortgages
Registered and unregistered properties
Help to buy
Shared ownership
Leases
Liaising with clients and external professionals
Working with private client department
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
Excellent knowledge of all residential conveyancing matters.
Experience in dealing with matters on behalf of individual clients on a wide range of matters
1-3+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
Able to work autonomously on complex legal matters
Enthusiasm to engage in networking and business development
Clear demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referrer relationships.
Self motivated team player
Ambition to progress
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Professional but friendly and approachable
