Employment solicitor
JOB DESCRIPTION The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
Support the existing team with Employment work
Provide support with advising clients
Provide a high-quality legal service to our clients
Accept work from our existing and valued clients and receiving delegated work from Partners in the team
Manage own caseload and work well with other members of the department
Keep up to date with changes in the law and technical or management training
Work from our Winchester and Bournemouth offices from time to time as required.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
3 – 5 years PQE
Knowledge of relevant legal practices and procedures
Knowledge of firm, client and department procedures
High level of client care
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work well in a team
