Criminal Solicitor
JOB DESCRIPTION The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
Conducting case analysis
Preparing legal documents
Managing client communications
Handling post-trial issues
Ensuring compliance
Maintaining a full and orderly file
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:
Ideally duty solicitor accredited
Must be prepared to cover on calls at weekends and evenings on a rota basis alongside having a caseload and covering court
Must be police station accredited
Strong advocacy skills
Must have full UK licence and have a car
Must live within 40 minute drive of Southend
