Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in North East London, are looking for an experienced Income Officer to join their team and play a crucial role within their Income Services Operation

Position: Income Officer
Rate: £25.83 p/h Umbrella
Contract Duration: 3 months with Possible Extension
Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Job Duties: 

• Manage the arrears in a patch for GN, Leaseholds and Shared Ownership. The patch size is 850 accounts.
• To maximise income for the residents by supporting them to sustain their tenancy and maximise income by reducing the arrears in the patch
• Complete income and expenditure forms to support tenants to set up affordable repayment plans for outstanding debts

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Income Officer or similar role
• Previous experience working for a Local Authority or similar organisation.
