Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Educational Institution in South East London, are looking for an experienced Agency Skills Coach / Assessor in Property Maintenance to join their team and play a crucial role in their Education Operations.   

Position: Agency Skills Coach / Assessor in Property Maintenance
Rate: £45 Hourly rate (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: Permanent
Work arrangement: Hybrid


Job Responsibilities: 

• Teaching Property Maintenance Apprentices and Reviewing Carpentry Apprentices
• Advise learners on the most suitable qualification and combination of units prior to the start of their programme and to agree an individual learning plan with each learner.
• Plan with, and assess a caseload of learners remotely, on college site and in the work place, training them in preparation for end point assessment .

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 year experience within a Agency Skills Coach / Assessor in Property Maintenance or equivalent.
• experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience
