Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in London, are looking for a Children's Social Workers to work within the Leaving Care team.

Position: Social Workers - Children in Care
Rate: £37.52 p/h (Umbrella) 
Contract Duration: 6 months with Possible Extension 
Essentials: 
- Children in care, looked after children or Adoption experience required 
- Enhanced DBS required for this position
- Registered with SWE 
- Social Work Qualification

Purpose:

• Working with Children and young people directly, supporting cared for children to improve their outcome. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Managing varied case loads, directly with children and families. 
• Chair multi agency meetings, and multi agency working
• Present assessments and reports at a high quality level.
• Complete relevant assessments, reports and care packages in a timely accurate manner.
• Multi Agency Working - across CIC, LAC and Adoption.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years experience, within English Local Authority.
• Experience with court and CP 
• Experience with holding own caseload, producing high quality assessments and reports.
