Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Somerset, are looking for an experienced Supported Housing Scheme Worker to join their team and play a crucial role in their Housing Operations.   

Position: Supported Housing Scheme Worker
Rate: £18.99 hourly rate (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3 Months possibility of extension
Work arrangement: Fully onsite


Job Responsibilities: 

• Supporting clients who have experience of homelessness and face significant barriers to achieving independent living.
• Advising on welfare rights, debt and income maximization.
• Support with the efficient operation and management of the general needs social housing properties. 

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 year experience within a Supported Housing Scheme Worker or equivalent.
• Experience of working within a local authority, housing association or voluntary organisation
• Enhanced DBS required
