Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Somerset, are looking for an experienced Complaints Case Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their Resources Operations.   

Position: Complaints Case Manager
Rate: £26.84 hourly rate (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Work arrangement: Hybrid 


Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure that all detailed and complex complaints, comments and compliments are assessed for risk, coordinated effectively and dealt with in a way that provides the most appropriate and timely response
• Support the Complaints Manager in ensuring that the information and
  intelligence that is obtained in this role is used to facilitate demonstrable service improvements in the practice of staff
• To provide expert advice, guidance and support to other members of the team and service colleagues on complaint handling.

Job Requirements:

• Specific knowledge of case management in the
  arena of the statutory children's and/or adult's social care complaints and representations procedure and/or corporate complaints procedure and/or Local Government Ombudsman
• At least 2 year experience within a Complaints Case Manager or equivalent.
