Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in the West Midlands Area, are looking for a Principle Service Lead to join the Through Care team.

Position: Principle Service Lead
Rate: £525 per day (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
  
Purpose:
Lead and improve services for a range of teams, including children with disabilities, fostering, residential and wellbeing. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead staff to deliver excellence and positive outcomes
- Conduct regular inspections of services, using audits, feedback, data and interview techniques. 
- Develop effective partnerships to explore better opportunities for the service 
- Performance management and reviews of case loads and systems to ensure they are fit for use. 

Job Requirements:
- Must has 3 years direct experience with an English LA, plus relevant Head of Service Experience 
- Enhanced DBS - Registered to the update service
- Registered with Social Work England
- Recognised Social Work Qualification
