Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Wiltshire , are looking for an experienced FM Multi Skilled Prevention Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their Economy and Sustainability Operations.   

Position: FM Multi Skilled Prevention Officer
Rate: £16.68 p/h PAYE
Contract Duration: 5 Months possibility of Extension
Work arrangement: Hybrid


Job Responsibilities: 

• Carry out general repairs and maintenance as required across the Estate Properties.
• Undertake on site risk assessments and identify any potential hazards and inform your line manager if required
• Provide a high standard of service to customers & colleagues enhancing the Department’s image and reputation.
• Providing on site support for Fire Alarms and Incidents across the Estate Properties.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 year experience within a FM Multi Skilled Prevention Officer or equivalent.
• City & Guilds, Level 3 NVQ qualification in a core subject (carpentry, plastering, plumbing, electrical etc.) or equivalent evident trade skill/s with time served experience
• Qualifications or certification in Health and Safety
