Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in East London, are looking for a Social Worker to work within the Assessment Team.

Position: Social Worker
Rate: £37.52 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3–6 Months

Purpose:
Managing own caseload of children and young people, delivering high quality assessments and interventions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Direct working with children and families, managing own caseloads.
• Complete assessments, care planning and reviews.
• Undertake child in need and child protection work.
• Attend multi agency meetings and court where required.
• Maintain accurate case records and reports.

Job Requirements:

• Must have experience within Children’s Services (minimum 2 years).
• Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, MSc or equivalent).
• Registered with Social Work England.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and legislation.
