Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, based in the Southwest London, are looking for a Team Manager to work within the Family Help team.

Position: Team Manager
Rate: £45.20 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
  
Purpose:
Lead a team of Social Workers to provide outstanding service for children and families, focusing on intervention and safeguarding the wellbeing. 
 
Job Responsibilities:

• Allocating workload to appropriate staff members, and manage the caseload, in the form of supervision, performance management, monitoring care plans and quality assurance/case audits
• Chair case meetings and reviews to ensure care plans meet the requirements and promote child’s best interests and safety.
• Allocate performance targets to improve the service, focus on the maintenance and monitoring of reporting, care plans, workload, and outcomes.
• Working in partnership across internal and external services.

Job Requirements:
- Must has 3 years direct experience with an English LA, plus relevant Team Manager experience within childrens services.
- Enhanced DBS - Registered to the update service (preferably)
- Registered with Social Work England
- Recognised Social Work Qualification
