Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in North West London, are looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor (Schools) to join their team and play a crucial role in their Repairs and Investment Operations.   

Position: Senior HR Advisor (Schools)
Rate: £32.45 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 4 Months possibility of Extension
Work arrangement: Fully Onsite


Job Responsibilities: 

• Casework including complex casework, organisational change, and other HR&OD initiatives within the Human Resources remit are successfully concluded within deadlines, KPIs and in line with existing Employee Relations SLA.
• Expert employee relations advice and support is provided to customers from start to finish, ensuring the consistent quality of the HR service is maintained and effectively delivered.
• Actively explore and champion opportunities for service improvement, developing and delivering effective improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree and/or CIPD or equivalent professional body qualified or relevant work experience
• At least 2 year experience within a Senior HR Advisor (Schools) or equivalent.
• Experience of successfully managing employee relations issues in a timely and consistent way in a large organisation.
