Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy client based in Coventry, are looking for an experienced Senior HR Assistant to join their team and play a crucial role in their HR Administration operations.       

Position: Senior HR Assistant
Rate: £18.20 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (Jan 2027) Possible Extension  

Purpose:

• Working alongside our recruitment team assisting in creating jobs, organising interviews, posting adverts on job boards, recording interview feedback and other recruitment activities. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• To prioritise conflicting tasks and manage a challenging workload to high quality standards and timescales.
• Use a wide range of Microsoft Office packages particularly in the areas of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Analyse, interpret, explain and summarise complex data and issues in a logical manner and formulate and present solutions to identified issues. 

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation - Desirable. 
• Highly developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaborative within a team, supporting wider team workloads where required. 
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
