Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in East London, are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join their team and play a crucial role in their grounds maintenance operations. 

Position: Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
Rate: £19 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35) 
Contract Duration: Temporary (Sep 2026) Possible Extension  
Working Arrangement: Hybrid 

Purpose:

• Lead a team delivering grounds maintenance services across multiple sites. Duties include grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed control, plant maintenance, and bulk rubbish removal. 

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation - Desirable
• Previous grounds maintenance and horticultural experience are essential. 
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
