Possible End Date: 30/07/2026 (possible extension)
Number of Positions: 1 position
Location: Rugby 
Rate of Pay: £30p/h umbrella 

Job Summary:
Hybrid (40% Office attendance 1-4 weeks)

Looking to recruit an interim delivery Improvement Officer role across all the Housing Advice & Enabling teams – waiting list, rough sleeping, homelessness, and strategy and enabling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery improvement activity across all Housing Advice & Enabling teams.
• Review current processes and identify areas for increased efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement improvement plans aligned with service priorities.
• Drive best practice in prevention, assessment, and case management approaches.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 2 years experience within a Data & Outcomes Lead or equivalent 
• Evidence of continuous professional development in housing, homelessness, or service improvement.
• Background in service improvement, operational delivery, or change management.
