Our client, based in Southwest London, are looking for a Children's Social Workers join their Fostering team. 

Position: Fostering Social Worker
Rate: £39.03 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Type: 3-6 months 

Purpose:

• To recruit, assess, and support a diverse range of foster carers and kinship (connected) carers.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Working across teams including CIC, CAMHS and Schools. 
• Assessment for foster carers such as viability, connected person and SGO.
• Producing high quality reports for Fostering Panel Reviews.
• Managing own caseloads ensuring National Minimum Standards are adhered to.

Job Requirements:

• Recognised Social Work Qualification 
• Commitment to Fostering Regulations 
• Knowledge of safeguarding and children act 
• Practical with assessment skills within a Fostering social work setting.
