JOB DETAILS
PAY RATE: £45 per hour  
WORK TYPE: Temporary
WORK PATTERN: Full Time (hybrid) 
LOCATION: Southampton 
   
JOB SUMMARY
Team Manager to lead a dedicated team supporting care leavers as they transition into adulthood. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people while developing your leadership career in a supportive environment.
  
JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Manage a team of 7 Personal Advisors
• Provide oversight for 120 care leavers
• Supervise staff and ensure high-quality practice
• Oversee transitions to adulthood in partnership with Children in Care Managers and Social Workers
• Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and best practice standards

  
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Knowledge of care leavers’ services, children’s services, or social work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for supporting young people into independent adulthood
