We are pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join our clients growing and busy Commercial Property department.


Role: Legal Secretary (Commercial Property)
Location: Coventry & Kenilworth
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive + Benefits

Key Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Audio and copy typing, including preparation of correspondence, emails, and legal documents.
• Completing forms and drafting documents under supervision.
• Using electronic search systems and submitting applications to Land Registry and HMRC.
• Running and maintaining files within a case management system.
• Updating file checklists and ensuring procedures are followed accurately.
• Supporting Money Laundering compliance, including scanning ID, electronic verification, and following internal office procedures.
• Producing completion statements, invoices, and assisting with accounts tasks.
• Offering reception cover when required.

The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong audio typing skills and excellent computer literacy.
• Knowledge of both residential and commercial conveyancing procedures.
• Understanding of case management and accounts systems.
• Experience using Land Registry and HMRC online portals.
• A professional and confident approach when dealing with clients and business contacts.
