Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Teesside. 

Position: Private Client Solicitor                    
Salary: Competitive          
Location: Teesside                       
Work Type: Permanent   

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Run a varied mix of Private Client cases.
• Provide guidance and advice to clients on Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection Applications and Trusts. 
• Build working relationships with old and new clients. 
• Provide support to junior members of staff where required. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• 3+ years' PQE.
• Previous experience within Private Client matters, particularly those in the job description above. 
• Strong communicator, verbally and non-verbally.
• Experience with HNW individuals and estate planning matters desirable but not essential.
