Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Property Group, who are looking for a Property Manager to join their team in Edinburgh. 

Position: Property Manager        
Rate: £30,000         
Location: Edinburgh  
Work Type: 12 month FTC (with room for extension) 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Manage a portfolio of properties on a day-to-day basis, dealing with incoming maintenance or instructing work orders.
• Update landlords and tenants regularly and the Check Outs and Move Ins diary.
• Carry out check outs as they arise and prepare an updated inventory around this.
• Maintain safety certificates log. 
• Hold weekly meetings to report on Property Management issues and progress reports. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• One year+ experience of estate agency/letting. 
• Valid Driving Licence.
• ARLA Property Mark Technical Award (desirable).
