Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Defendant Personal Injury Litigator to join their team in West Yorkshire.

Position: Defendant Personal Injury Litigator     
Rate: Negotiable Depending on Experience         
Location: Bradford (Hybrid available)  
Work Type: Permanent 


JOB DESCRIPTION:
What the role entails and includes

• varied defendant EL and PL case load.
• defending fast track claims.
• strong client focus.
• work to strict deadlines.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies

• be a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with practice rights.
• minimum 2 years experience defending fast track claims.
• excellent communication skills.
• ideally an existing litigator.
• be calm under pressure and able to prioritise workload
