Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for an Agricultural Property Solicitor to join their team based in Hampshire.

Position: Agriculture Solicitor
Rate: Competitive plus benefits

Location: Wiltshire and Somerset
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

Act on behalf of farming families, estates and agri-businesses with a key focus on property aspects.
Handle estate management and tenancy issues.
Support commercial ventures on agricultural land as well as rural diversification.
Build professional relationships with long standing clients, ensuring you provide clear, practical and timely advice.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

3 years+ PQE.
Solid experience in non-contentious and/or agriculture property work.
Strong communicator, both verbally and non-verbally.
Able to stay organised and meet deadlines.
