Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, an Accountancy, who are looking for an Audit Senior to join their team in Essex.

Position: Audit Senior
Rate: £45,000

Location: Essex (Hybrid)
Work Type: Permanent

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

Plan and finalise audits for a portfolio of clients.
Lead on site teams and provide guidance to junior staff colleagues.
Managed budgets and deadlines, taking ownership of ensuring an efficient delivery of audit areas.
Build strong working relationships with clients, providing communication at all times.
Review files before director or managerial review, ensuring these are complete and correct.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

ACA or ACCA qualified (candidates within 6 months of completion will be considered).
Knowledge of FRS102 and ISA's.
Experience of leading audits from planning to completion.
Strong communicator and able to mentor others.
