Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Private Client Legal Secretary to join their team in Devon. 

Position: Private Client Legal Secretary       
Rate: Negotiable Depending on Experience        
Location: Devon  
Work Type: Permanent  

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Support lawyers in all aspects of Private Client work. This will include estate planning, probate and trust administration.
• Prepare legal documents and manage client files.
• Conduct legal research. 
• Communicate with both clients and lawyers to make sure they are all consistently updated. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (ideally within Private Client).
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and non-verbally. 
• Able to stay organised and meet deadlines.
• Strong research ability.
