Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West Sussex, are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their team and play a crucial role within their voids maintenance operations.       

Position: Building Surveyor
Rate: Negotiable (Umbrella, Outside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (3-6 Months) with Possible Extension  

Job Responsibilities: 

• To survey and specify capital works on long term voids.
• To survey and specify voids.
• To survey and specify capital works on damp & mould cases.
• To oversee the delivery of remedial works.
• To oversee the delivery of works through contractors and DLO.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Building Surveyor role or equivalent.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
