Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Southeast London, are looking for an experienced Plumber to join their team and play a crucial role within their plumbing operations.       

Position: Plumber
Salary: £41,580 per annum 
Contract Duration: Permanent

Purpose:

• To be responsible for completing a range of Repair & Maintenance work for Tenants and voids properties within the Borough

Job Responsibilities: 

• To ensure that completed repairs are to a high standard, whilst ensuring high levels of customer care and satisfaction.
• To ensure that associated works such as removing/refitting kitchen units, wall and floor tiling,
  skirting, panelling and ducting etc are carried out also to a high standard.
• From time to time as when required by management assist in emergency call outs (for example as a result of bad weather, vandalism, fire etc.)

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Plumber role or equivalent.
• Be competent and qualified (City and Guilds and/or equivalent e.g. NVQ) in plumbing.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
