Office Based/Hybrid: 2 days 
Rate of Pay (Umbrella and Inside IR35): £18.28

Currently seeking an additional team member to join the Events Management team who are busy with lots of exciting events across the region.
Working closely with the Events and Filming Manager this post will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the events and making sure they are well organised and successful.
This role needs a positive and confident individual who is available on short notice and happy to take on a variety of duties in a busy and fast paced role.


Key Responsibilities:

• Support in organising internal and external events
• Running small events inc. setting up marquees, tables, other equipment
• Update events calendar
• Help design an events application pack
• Liaise with internal and external contacts
• Booking meetings using outlook, teams and zoom
• Booking travel for certain events
• Booking catering for certain events
• Helping to organise events store – checking in and out equipment
• Other ad-hoc support the Events & Filming Manager may need

Job Requirements:

• Have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience as a Events Officer or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Ideally from an Event management or PA background with excellent administration skills.
• Available to work both evenings and weekends as and when required
