Tempting recruitment are working alongside our client, a Housing Associationm who are looking for a Neighbourhood Assistant to join their team based in Hampshire. 

Position: Neighbourhood Assistant        
Salary: £29,155       
Location: Hampshire (Hybrid)     
Work Type: 12 month FTC   

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Provide an administrative service to the Neighbourhood team, assisting with diary management and booking appointments. 
• Ensure electronic filing is up to date and accurate processing is taking place.
• Deal with customer enquiries via telephone, email or face-to-face and provide guidance and advice to them.
• Manage any change of tenancy requests.
• Manage the mutual exchange process by carrying out inspections and completing paperwork within agreed timeframes. 
• Identify and report any safeguarding concerns. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Previous housing management experience.
• Good level of IT skills.
• Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
• Able to create strong working relationships with colleagues and customers. 

Please be advised that this role will involve attending meetings and site visits both locally and regionally so a Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
