Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in Cheshire, are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their team and play a crucial role in their commercial property operations.        

Position: Commercial Property Paralegal
Rate: Negotiable (Umbrella, Outside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary with Possible Extension  
Working Arrangement: Hybrid

Purpose:

• This role is well-suited to someone with experience in property transactions who can manage a busy caseload and support solicitors with a variety of property-related matters.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assisting with commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating documentation including leases, licences, and contracts.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, local authorities, and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Commercial Property Paralegal role or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of property transactions, leases, and related documentation.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
