Job Role: Talent Coordinator (3 days per week)
Temporary or Permanent: Temp
Possible End Date: February 2026
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Worcester
Office Based/Hybrid: 1 day in office, 2 from home
Rate of Pay (Umbrella and Inside IR35): £19 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• To coordinate a quality end to end temporary recruitment service across all areas of the business including regular liaison with internal and external stakeholders whilst implementing solutions to constantly drive and enhance the temporary recruitment service
• Coordinate and maintain effective and efficient temporary recruitment service identifying and implementing improvements, to support the provision of recruitment services for the Group.
• Be the first point of contact and provide managers and colleagues with clear guidance and advice, in response to temporary queries, ensuring compliance with Group policy and relevant legislation.
• Develop the temporary recruitment administration processes to provide efficient, customer focused services to support the wider central recruitment and resourcing teams

Job Requirements:

• Have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience as a Talent Coordinator or equivalent.
• Experience of working in a customer service environment
  Proven experience of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
• Experience of developing effective working relationships leading to the successful delivery of service
• Proven experience of working in an administrative role
