Position: Residential Property Conveyancing Paralegal        
Rate: Negotiable depending on experience  
Location: Aberdeen
Work Type: Permanent 

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Provide transactional conveyancing support to your line manager. 
• Manage delegated caseloads of residential purchases/sale, re-mortgages and transfer of title for existing clients. 
• Maintain accurate records and files.
• Review monthly WIP reports and credit/debit balances. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Previous paralegal experience within Residential Property. 
• Comfortable with carrying out title examinations, liaising with solicitors and drafting legal documentation. 
• High attention to detail and organisation. 
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
