Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local association in Wareham. Are looking for a Commercial Estate Coordinator to join their organisation.

Job Role: Commercial Estate Coordinator
Temporary or Permanent: PERM
Location: Wareham
Office Based/Hybrid: TBC
Rate of Pay: £31,076 per annum
Pay Negotiable: No

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate contractors to support delivery of maintenance,
  servicing, and compliance related tasks to ensure legislative requirements are maintained whilst maximising efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor, allocate and follow through to completion requests for all commercial spaces using the Service Now helpdesk adhering to the teams advertised Service Level Agreements.
• Be responsible for coordinating the emergency plans for the commercial spaces and working with Landlords and tenants to ensure that our plans are aligned with theirs
• work collaboratively with your fellow Coordinators ensuring best practice contract management for all soft service contracts which includes, but is not limited to cleaning, stationery, catering, furniture, access control, visitor, desk & utilisation booking system, external space application and security.
• work closely, maintaining effective communication with a
  variety of stakeholders including customers, beneficiaries, contractors, suppliers, landlords, tenants, and external workspace hosts, building strong rapport and relationships with all.

Job Requirements:

• Have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience as a Commercial Estate Coordinator or equivalent.
• Strong IT skills across a broad range of applications.
• IOSH Managing Safely Qualification – or willing to work toward for the right candidate.
• Evidence of continual personal development in relevant subject areas.
• Full, clean driving licence and the ability to travel by own means to various sites.
