Job Role: Marketing Administrator
Temporary or Permanent: 10 Month Fixed Term Contract
Possible End Date (if Temporary): N/A
Location: Across all Aster Locations (London and South West England)
Office Based/Hybrid: Remote
Rate of Pay: £25,816 per annum pro-rata


Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the team with marketing administration, customer engagement and property-related communications.
• You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Sales and Marketing team and wider departments, helping to ensure accurate data management and smooth operational support.
• Develop their marketing skills in a dynamic, customer-focused environment
• Gain hands-on experience in property marketing and shared ownership
• Work collaboratively across departments and with our potential buyers

Job Requirements:

• Have a minimum of one years’ relevant experience as a Marketing Administrator or equivalent.
•  A formal qualification in Marketing Administration or a related field would be advantageous
• Experience in the shared ownership sector would be advantageous but not a requirement
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS)
• Full UK driving licence
