Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Law Firm, who are looking for a Child Panel Solicitor to join their team in Leicestershire. 

Position: Child Panel Solicitor      
Rate: £67,500        
Location: Leicestershire    
Work Type: Permanent  

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Take responsibility for all aspects of Child Care work which includes providing technical guidance to other team members. 
• Deal with a range of child cases (public and private) including child protection issues, special guardianship, child abduction and adoption matters.
• Supervise solicitors, caseworkers and trainees to manage caseload types and complexities. 
• Contribute to business development when appropriate. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Minimum 3 years PQE with a valid and clean practising certificate. 
• Experience of managing a team.
• Holder of the Children Panel Membership and registered with the Law Society (desirable). 
• Strong IT skills.
