Position: Employment Law Solicitor     
Rate: Negotiable Depending on Experience       
Location: Inverness (Hybrid)   
Work Type: Permanent  

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Handle employment queries such as grievance matters and disciplinary. 
• Advise on the employment aspects of transactions and trade union matters. 
• Represent clients in tribunal litigation.
• Manage collective matters such as integration, redundancies and TUPE.
• Manage your own caseload and partake in business development activities. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Minimum 4 years PQE in employment law and have a strong track record of advising and representing clients.
• Able to identify key issues and act on these.
• Commercial awareness and able to spot risks. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and have familiarity with case management systems.
