Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West Sussex, are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their administrative operations.    

Position: Assistant Project Manager
Rate: Dependant on Experience
Contract Duration: Fixed-Term (June 2026) with Possible Extension  

Job Responsibilities: 

• Administration support for ordering, invoicing and organising finance spreadsheets, liaising internally and externally on payments and outstanding invoices.
• Troubleshooting in terms of assisting the Projects programme, attending meeting, taking notes, progression of project delivery.
• Manager smaller projects as time allows.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Assistant Project Manager role or equivalent.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
