Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in West London, are looking for an experienced EPM Systems Admin Officer to join their team and play a crucial role in their workforce planning operations.   

Position: EPM Systems Admin Officer
Rate: £400 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (October 2025) with Possible Extension  

Purpose:

• Responsible for managing the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system, primarily focusing on the Planning, Narrative Reporting and Workforce Modelling modules.
• Responsible for undertaking EPM Service Administrator tasks including configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the system.
• Providing support and cover for EPM Systems Administration via the Oracle OCI console and managing user access and permissions.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Daily monitoring of the EPM Systems Admin shared mailbox and clearance of tasks to be actioned, requesting additional information to ensure changes to the system are accurately made and sending appropriate notifications to close requests.
• Enabling monthly Oracle release skips in EPM per agreed schedule, ensuring all environments in each purchased pod are aligned and used for intended purposes.
• Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to optimise efficiency.
• Monitoring data extracts from ERP GL and HCM Workforce Planning modules, understanding and troubleshooting any issues with Finance Help Desk, HR Help Desk, Financial Reporting and Controls Team and Payroll Team, as appropriate.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a EPM Systems Admin Officer role or equivalent.
• Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualified or comparable relevant experience.
• Knowledge of how Oracle EPM processes and interfaces work.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
