Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy Local Authority in Southeast England, are looking for an experienced People Consultant to join their team and play a crucial role in their human resources operations.   

Position: Guardian Onboarding Coordinator
Salary: £35,000 per annum + 10% Discretionary Bonus 
Contract Duration: Permanent 

Purpose:

• As a Guardian Onboarding Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals looking to join our unique community of property guardians. You'll combine your passion for people, property, and social impact to help new guardians find affordable, meaningful spaces to live while bringing empty buildings back to life.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Manage the full lettings cycle from enquiry to license signing.
• Conduct engaging viewings across London and the South East, converting applicants into licensees.
• Oversee and optimize the onboarding experience for new licensees.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive guardian sign-ups across existing and new properties.
• Work with the Community Team to foster a welcoming, well-connected guardian network.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Guardian Onboarding Coordinator role or equivalent.
• Are self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive - you take ownership and love getting things done.
• Are a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and earning trust.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
