Are you eager to land a brand new role? Our client, a busy local authority in Hampshire, are looking for an experienced Leasehold Services Manager to join their team and play a crucial role in their RTB operations.  

Position: Leasehold Services Manager
Rate: £30 per hour (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (September 2025) with Possible Extension 

Purpose:

• We are looking for someone to join our Neighbourhood Management Team as a Right to Buy and Leasehold Officer within the Housing Services department.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Managing and process all RTB sale applications, including dealing with enquiries, preparing documents and communicating with solicitors.
• Provide clear guidance to tenants/leaseholders on the RTB process, eligibility and obligations as a leaseholder.
• Prepare legal documents, lease agreements and service charge estimates.
• Arranging repairs and maintenance to be undertaken in accordance with tenancy agreements.
• Managing arrears (including negotiating affordable, individually tailored repayment plans, judgements and forfeiture)

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 1 year experience within a Leasehold Services Manager role or equivalent.
• Experience in RTB, leasehold property or housing management, with a good knowledge of leasehold law and housing legislation.
• You must have a full driving licence and access to a car in order to carry out site visits and meetings.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
