Job Role: Senior Sales Executive
Temporary or Permanent: Temp
Possible End Date: Until January 2026 (possible extension)
Number of Positions: 1 position
Location: Glasgow (Scotland)
Office Based/Hybrid: TBC
Rate of Pay: £22 p/h umbrella inside IR35
Pay Negotiable: No
Drivers License: needed

Purpose:
To deliver the cost effective sale of new build properties under the Group's Development programme

Key Responsibilities:

• Support  the sale of new properties effectively and efficiently to optimise the returns on investment in new housing to meet the Group's development programme.
• Assist in the review and development of the sales process to ensure effective procedures are in place to meet financial regulations, drive profitable practices and achieve compliance regulations.
• Provide advice and guidance to the business to improve understanding and awareness of legislative and regulatory requirements for development activities to ensure the delivery of high quality, compliant and environmentally sustainable new homes and communities for the Group.
• Conduct market research and analyse data to make proposals to support the sales and marketing strategies of existing and proposed projects within the Group's development programme.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 2 years experience within a Senior Sales Executive role or equivalent.
• Hold a Full, current driving licence
