Office Based/Hybrid: Fully site based
Driving Licence Required: Yes
Vehicle Access Required: Yes
Rate of Pay: £24 p/h umbrella inside IR35
Pay Negotiable: No


Purpose:
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out new installations and testing across our housing stock within the district. This role involves working within a busy team that undertakes various types of maintenance and building works across a diverse range of occupied and vacant properties

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all electrical works to the required standard in accordance with current regulations and manufacturer’s instructions.
• Complete tasks within the required timescales.
• Coordinate with the Asset Management Support Team to ensure effective scheduling of job activities.
• Utilize all issued tools, accessories, and equipment appropriately.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
• At least 3 years experience within an Electrician role or equivalent.
• Must hold a full driving license and provide own transport covered by business insurance.
• Two years of referencing held with the agency, including one from the last employer.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous re-wire experience.
